30 minute Mindful Morsels

Take a Midday, Midweek Mindfulness Pause hosted by Open Heart Yoga at Balanced You Clinic!

Give yourself 30 minutes for a little Movement, a lot of Breathing and some Meditation. No Mat Required. Login as You Are, Wherever You Are.

This class will be online and can be done in a chair or seated on the floor or on a mat. It is a moment to check in, regroup and finish your week centered. This class is suitable for all levels

Mindful Morsels is Livestreamed Wednesdays from 12-12:30pm EST

If you are unable to make the 'Lovestreamed' class, recordings will be available for 72 hours after class.
